Alessandra Matrone has been a chartered accountant and auditor for over 20 years and standing auditor of boards of statutory auditors with accounting control.

She provides corporate, financial, and tax assistance, with particular focus on issues related to tax planning, both when setting up new initiatives and developing existing ones.

In addition, as technical consultant, she is responsible for drawing up appraisals both for the purpose of company transfers and for the revaluation of company shares and extraordinary transactions such as mergers and demergers and capital increases.

Among its customers, there are Italian companies operating in the wholesale distribution sector of beverages and in the pharmaceutical sector. For some years she has held the position of responsible for the administrative, financial and treasury role of a main national trade association affiliated to Confindustria (the main association representing manufacturing and service companies in Italy).

She graduated in Economics (Business and Commerce) from “La Sapienza” University of Rome. She is mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English.

Alessandra has a beautiful, large, black dog that she considers part of the family.
