Alfonso Buonpensiere is a chartered accountant, auditor and bankruptcy official receiver with over twenty years of experience in assisting Italian and international companies, as well as individuals.

In corporate consultancy, he deals with the tax aspects of extraordinary transactions, company valuations and group taxation. He has drawn up numerous business plans for the evaluation of investment projects and has followed numerous matters of corporate restructuring and companies in the financial crisis.

In dealing with his clients, he has dealt with transfers of residence abroad, with the sale of shareholdings in Italy and overseas, with the administration of real estate assets in Italy, as well as with assistance to expatriates. Still in the sphere of assistance to people, by means of overseeing the establishment and administration of trusts, and the management, protection, and generational transfers of family assets.

He graduated in Economics (Business and Commerce) from LUISS – Guido Carli in Rome. He is Italian mother tongue and fluent in English.

Alfonso has a real passion for sport and tries to balance sport with family commitments, which are priorities for him.
