Francesca Pierleoni is a chartered accountant and auditor with over 20 years’ experience in tax assistance in matters of management control and business analysis. She is an auditor of boards of statutory auditors.

Francesca provides tax advice and assistance in the fulfilment of tax obligations to companies, corporate groups, entities, and individuals, in tax compliance, in the management of relations with the Financial Administration and in tax litigation.

She deals with the drafting of economic and financial budgets, drafting of business plans and reporting for Italian and foreign companies.

In the corporate field, she follows Italian companies from the establishment, to the statutory changes and on the occasion of reorganizations and restructurings. She has drawn up business plans for the evaluation of investment projects and has followed due diligence in tax, accounting, and corporate matters.

She graduated in graduated in Economics (Business and Commerce) from “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

She is Italian mother tongue and fluent in English.

Francesca loves going underwater, an activity she practices with the whole family.
