Francesco M. Matrone, the Managing Partner of the firm, has over thirty years of experience in providing corporate, financial and tax assistance to Italian and international companies both on contentious and non-contentious matters.

He is Chartered accountant and auditor, member of numerous boards for statutory auditors in main national and international companies also listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. In the past, he also held positions as a bankruptcy official receiver.

In addition to corporate, tax, and financial consultancy Francesco M. Matrone deals with the preparation, coordination and control of project financing plans, corporate restructuring, both in the context of insolvency and non-insolvency procedures and assessment of companies in distressed situation. He reports and follows the development and operation of foreign companies operating in Italy and Italian companies operating abroad in the infrastructure sector.

He graduated in graduated in Economics (Business and Commerce) from “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

He is Italian mother tongue and speaks English.

Francesco has been practicing sailing and tennis for many years with a real passion.
